how to create and edit lists?

 follow these steps

1. Click the Home link ( top-right of  Facebook page)
2. Find the list you want to edit in the left column, or click them more link next to Lists
3. Select the list you want to edit or click Create a List
4. Search for your friends in the search bar at the top of the page, or add people from the List Suggestions on the right

Note: When you add someone to a smart list for a school, workplace or city, your friend will have the option to add that information to their profile, too. For example, if you add one of your friends to your work list, they can choose to add that company to their profile.
